Sorry it took me a few days to respond...
First off I want to say that I've been extremely happy with Josh Mettle and his team (you included). You helped me achieve something I didn't think possible at my age for which I am extremely grateful.
A few constructive criticisms:
1. I wish I knew how much back and forth paperwork there would be as we went further in the process, I'm not sure if you can really help this, but getting the client as many forms as possible at one time would be helpful.
2. I felt like I had great response by phone with Josh and David, but when contacting Heidi I felt like I had to email her to get a response. Maybe she prefers it that way... I understand she is extremely busy and probably doesn't have time to answer phone calls, but just something I noticed.
3. Also little things like knowing I had to get home owners insurance (something most people probably know) and when exactly I needed to get it.
I really had a great time working with you all, and will definitely give out referrals in the future.
